Refund policy

What is your refund/exchange policy?
Although Ms. Catwalk strives toward complete satisfaction, we understand that is not always the case. Therefore....

All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Returns sent back after this time will not be honored. No Exceptions! A Credit will be issued to the credit card used for purchase, in the amount of the sale minus the shipping charges. All merchandise returned must be unworn, in it's original condition, with the tags attached. There will be no refund for jewelry and accessories, only online store credit. Sale merchandise will be final sale, no exceptions!
